Uralic Languages
These guys have 48 noun cases and not a single one of them is the accusative
Estonian
- Keeleklikk Estonian Lessons -- Straightforward language lessons, comprehensive although pacing feels a bit slow
Tungusic Languages
There is immense practical value to learning Siberian languages with less than 50 remaining native speakers worldwide

- Uilta Grammatical Outline -- Tsumagari-sensei's grammar outline is a great place to start, as always, for anything Tungusic
Manchu
- Introduction to Manchu in 21 Lessons -- This is where you start for self-study
- Manchu: A Textbook for Reading Documents -- Best place to go after finishing MSG lessons
- Buleku -- The best Manchu dictionary
- Harvard Manchu Courses -- That's right idiots HARVARD teaches Manchu. What's crazy to think about is that Harvard is old enough that it could have taught Manchu when it was pretty important (e.g. the height of the Qing dynasty) and these are just leftovers

- Say Something in Manx -- This site has a few other Celtic languages as well. The lessons force you to produce Manx by shadowing immediately. Pretty interesting concept
Indo-European Languages -- Germanic Branch

- UT Austin's Gothic Online -- Taught through New Testament translations so I hope you're an Arian
Faroese
- Faroese Textbook -- Pretty modern textbook, need to find the audio files for it
Low Saxon
- Plautdietsch to English Dictionary -- Man it is difficult to find English language resources for this one. Maybe just learn High German
Indo-European Languages -- Anatolian Branch
